Personal booking Fees

These are fees charged for non-group travel, specifically categorized as booking fees. All travel agency fees are charged at the time of service, including any applicable travel planning fees.

Research & Planning

The booking fees are charged on an hourly basis (minimum of 2 hours). This travel planning fee encompasses customized trip research and planning by our travel agency.

Package

The fee charged per person can include various booking fees, along with travel agency fees and travel planning fees.

Flights Only

The per ticket fee often includes various booking fees, which can be part of the overall travel agency fees and travel planning fees that travelers encounter.

Hotel or Car (transfers) Only

Booking fees can vary depending on the travel agency fees or any associated travel planning fees per room.

Group booking Fees

I offer comprehensive planning and research services that encompass itinerary design, accommodation research, and group activity coordination. Please note that all booking fees, which include travel agency fees and travel planning fees, are charged at the time of service.

Research & Planning

Per hour (minimum 4 hours), this fee, which is categorized as a travel planning fee, covers customized trip research and planning. If your trip is booked and deposited within 60 days, the booking fees are fully refundable after final payment and can be applied toward packages, flights, or other booking services, helping you navigate travel agency fees effectively.

Voluntary Domestic Flight Exchange

Plus any additional booking fees or travel agency fees imposed by the supplier, as well as travel planning fees that may apply.

Voluntary International Flight Exchange

Plus any additional booking fees or travel agency fees imposed by the supplier, as well as travel planning fees that may apply.

Voluntary Partial or Full Refund

Additionally, there are booking fees imposed by the supplier, along with travel agency fees and travel planning fees that may apply.

Voluntary Cruise or Tour Cancellation

Additionally, there are booking fees imposed by the supplier, along with travel agency fees and travel planning fees that may apply.

After-hours Support

This fee is not imposed during standard business hours, which are 9am - 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and does not apply to booking fees, travel agency fees, or travel planning fees.

Planning and travel planning fees cover personalized trip planning and research tailored to your needs. Importantly, no booking fees are ever charged for cruises or guided tours. Additionally, the planning fee is refunded as a gift card or onboard credit after the final payment, provided your booking is completed and deposited within 60 days of the initial request.
